Long Lake Light Synthetic is a light sweet synthetic crude produced from the Nexen/OPTI Long Lake Upgrader immediately southeast of Fort McMurray, Alberta. All bitumen fed to the upgrader is produced from SAGD operations. PSC is a classic bottomless blend of hydrotreated naphtha, distillate and gasoil produced from a hydrocracker based upgrader facility.
